Resilient Expert - Expertise centred on climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction ensuring alignment with local, regional and national development policies and programmes, across Asia and the Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean and Africa, mostly in LDCs and SIDS, having worked as lead expert with the United Nations Organization and Multi-lateral Development Banks. This includes also leveraging on cutting edge technologies, virtual and technical communities (V&TCs), citizen science, geographic information technologies and space-based information. Professional interests encompasses sustainable development, disaster risk reduction, emergency and humanitarian response, adaptation to climate change and local, regional and national development programmes.
